The Central West Division
The Central West Division operates in Western Tennessee, Mississippi, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas with rock quarries, sand and gravel pits, asphalt plants and ready mixed concrete facilities; they also provide highway paving and construction services. Their experienced, educated and talented employees have a proven track record of safely delivering projects ahead of schedule and below budget.
In addition, our Ballenger Paving Division, based in South Carolina, constructs interstate and airport concrete paving projects through the southeastern United States.
