Ethics and Compliance Employee Hotline
 As an Oldcastle company, we are held to the CRH Code of Business Conduct. And, because we operate a decentralized organization, we rely on the integrity of our teams. Oldcastle Materials employees should never sacrifice their ethics while working for our companies. Doing so may result in termination and serious consequences. Our Chief Executive Officer Doug Black addresses this in his important message on integrity.
If you have any knowledge of wrong doing you are obligated to use the confidential Ethics and Compliance Employee Hotline if:
- You are uncomfortable talking to your manager or other members of local management
- Efforts in this area do not resolve the issue
- You are pressured to take actions that you know
or believe are wrong
